Jacqueline graduated in law and was conferred a Diploma in Further Studies in employment law at the University of Paris X Nanterre. She became a member of the Bar Association for Lawyers in Paris in 1998 and practices in Paris.
On graduating, Jacqueline has collaborated with the lawyers forming part of the Conseil d’Etat and the Cour de Cassation (the French equivalent of the House of Lords/Supreme Court), as well as the firms Dubarry, Gaston-Dreyfus, Lévéque, Le Douarin, Servan-Schreiber & Veil, focused initially on commercial law and thereafter entrusted with the development of an employment law department. She has practiced independently since 1996.
Jacqueline has been in partnership with SF Studio Legale since 2011 for all issues relating to employment law and social security contributions, for contentious and non-contentious aspects, to be resolved in France, for clients of the firm. She has consolidated significant experience in advising and assisting French companies as well as foreign ones, including MNCs, operating in France as well as acting in respect of complex restricting operations.
She has been a speaker at conferences and seminars and is the author of varied publications on the topic of employment law and social security contributions.
