Paolo graduated in law at the University of Sapienza in Rome in 1998. Subsequently he pursued a Master in Business and Employment Law and a further specialization course for employment advisors at the University of Tor Vergata in Rome, where he was conferred a Doctorate in research with a thesis on “Employment Awards, Contract Tenders and Work Displacements”. Paolo became a member of the Rome Bar Association for Lawyers in 2002 and his practice is divided between Rome and Milan.
After graduation Paolo worked with leading firms in Milan and in Rome, among which the practice of Prof. Avv. Giorgio Meo, the firm Capua Varrenti & Associati, White & Case and the firm of Janni Fauda and Associates. He set up an independent practice in 2009.
Paolo has been in partnership with SF Studio Legale since 2011, for all questions relating to employment law, contentious or non-contentious. He had developed over the years significant experience in advising and assisting Italian and foreign companies, including multinationals operating in Italy for complex restructuring operations.
Paolo has been a regular lecturer in the annual Master course on “Employment and Business” at the University of Tor Vergata in Rome, as well as lecturer on Employment Law at the social security contributions offices of the Veneto, Puglia, Marche, Friulia Venezia Giulia regional offices. He collaborates on a regular basis with the Universities of Tor Vergata and LUISS in Rome, with the respective deans of Employment Law, Professors Sergio Magrini and Antonio Pileggi.
He collaborates regularly for the publication of the journal “Employment and Contributions today”.
