SF, with partner Avv. Claudio Ferrari, assisted and advised Alessandro Rosso Group S.p.A., in the negotiations leading up to the successful conclusion of the contract with Barcelò Hotels & Resort. The contract brings into effect a cooperation aimed at the development of a chain of Spanish hotels in Italy.
